Domestic Shipping – Funk You

We currently ship across India and strive to deliver your style with speed, safety, and care.

Shipping Details

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India
• COD: Not available on any order
• Order Processing: Usually within 24 hours (business days)
• Delivery Timeline: 4–10 working days depending on your location and courier network
• Order Updates: You’ll receive tracking details and a notification when your order is out for delivery in your local area

Shipping Disclaimer

Funk You will not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Invalid or unreachable phone number
• OTP verification failure
• Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

If a shipment is returned to us under any of the above circumstances, a re-shipping charge of ₹240 will be applicable for re-dispatch.

Address Changes & Non-Serviceable Pincodes

• Address changes are possible only before dispatch; once shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
• If your pincode becomes non-serviceable after ordering, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative address or refund.

Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Parcels

• If the outer package appears tampered/damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately with photos/video.
• Marked as “Delivered” but not received? Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update so we can raise it with the courier.

Multiple-Item Orders

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages to speed up delivery. Tracking will be shared for each shipment.
