Cancellation & Refund Policy

Funk You believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refund policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped/dispatched, the cancellation request cannot be entertained.

Refund & Replacement

  • We do not accept cancellation requests for certain customized or limited-edition clothing items.

  • Refunds/replacements are possible only in the following cases:

    • Damaged / Defective Products: Must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery. Our team will verify and confirm the issue before processing a replacement/refund.

    • Product Mismatch / Not as Described: If the product received is different from what was ordered or does not match the description, the issue must be reported within the same day of receipt. After review, our support team will decide the best possible resolution.

Important Notes

  • Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
